Hobbies
  • World of Warcraft might be my favorite game. I've been playing since 2006 and have made friends with a great bunch of people.
  • Warcraft has led me to two other goodies: Diablo III and Guild Wars 2. Both are great games but I currently fancy GW2 a little more.
  • I grew up with an Atari but never had the pleasure of owning a Nintendo. When the PS1 came out I became addicted to RPG's. Final Fantasy 7 was the first one I played and I may have played it over fiftey time. I love the rest of the series as well up to about 10.
  • Chrono Trigger and Tactics are on my list of favs as well.
  • I have been fascinated with HTML since I heard about it a year after it came out. I love building websites. I'm more interested in the foreign languages of music and code than I have been for anything else. I want to master PHP, ASP, C# etc...
  • You'll find me on Code Academy frequently testing myself.
  • I also love design. Some people have a natural gift. I may not be one of them. I did manage to get an AA in graphic design so I think now I can manage just fine.
I picked up a copy of early Photoshop in the 90's and have been hooked ever since. I was a teenager then so I have some great experience hiding blemishes and trimming fat. :)
Now I can repair just about anything on a photo. I've managed to save all my family photos from the early 1900's.
I took one class and I now think I'm a professional. No but really, I have a lot of fun in Adobe's Premier Pro. I've even made a few instructional videos for World of Warcraft for YouTube. I'm no e-celeb, but the videos do ok.
Crafting is a new love of mine. I started with candle making. I save so much money making my own. They may not always be pretty, but they sure smell good!
My mother taught me to bake when I was a little girl. My peanut butter chocolate chip cookies have always been hot sellers at bake sales.
Now I dip a bit into cupcakes. My father-in-law who hates red velvet just adores mine.
